How to order

Orders can be placed on the website, using the "Shop" or "Special Offers" sections, or via an email sent to the address comenzi@sensestoria.ro.

When completing the order on the website, or in the body of the email sent, make sure that all the data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true on the date of placing the order.

After completing the online order, you can be contacted by sensestoria.ro, for the following purposes/situations, by any means available/agreed by sensestoria.ro, depending on the purpose/situation:

  • Non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the client's card, of the transaction, in the case of bank card payments;
  • Invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by Sensestoria, MobilPay, in the case of payment by bank card;
  • Validation of product availability and purchased quantities;
  • Confirmation of orders placed online;
  • Establishing by mutual agreement the delivery details of the products, including other technical or commercial details related to the purchased products.

You can search for a product in the special search field or by browsing the product categories in the menu displayed on the left. Also on the first page of the site you will find an advanced search engine that can help you choose more easily the products suitable for your skin. After adding each product, you will see a message on the screen about adding the product to the cart, and the shopping cart displayed at the top right can be accessed to edit and view the order.

When you are ready to complete the order, visit the shopping cart and carefully check the contents of the cart, making sure that you only have the products you want in the cart. To complete the order it is necessary to enter the billing data and delivery address and also the preferred method of delivery and payment of the order.

You can remove products from the cart, change the number of pieces for each product or add other products to the cart. Before finalizing the order, you can add discount codes or vouchers. Visit the page Special offers to find out the active promotions at the time of placing the order.

If you already have an account on the website and have added products to the cart, but have not completed the order, the shopping cart will be kept (if you do not delete cookies) for a period determined by the browser settings. If you place orders at a later date, do not forget to check the contents of the basket.

Before sending the order, do not forget to read Terms and conditions and check the box "I agree with the terms and conditions of the site. This step confirms that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions of this site. The final step for sending the order is the "Place order" button. Shortly after sending the order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration of the order.
