Delivery types and shipping costs
Orders placed on the website can only be delivered on the territory of Romania, via fast courier. We use the courier company DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution SA) to send parcels. Delivery costs for any order are 19 lei (VAT included). For orders over 300 lei, delivery costs are free.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order. Any cost caused by mentioning a wrong or incomplete address will be borne by the buyer. Any cost caused by changing the delivery address will be borne by the buyer.
Delivery terms
Orders paid by card or bank transfer are shipped after payment confirmation. When the package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail that includes the tracking number of the shipment.
From the dispatch of the package, the delivery time is 2-5 working days (1-3 days for large cities, 2-5 days for smaller towns), depending on the destination of each package.
The order delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00.
The delivery terms above are informative, in general couriers deliver parcels in 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch, in large cities. During holidays or promotional periods, deliveries may take 2-5 days or even longer.
Sensestoria (SC PROSPERIO INVESTMENTS SRL) cannot guarantee the above delivery terms in the event of events beyond its control, such as (but not limited to): cases of force majeure (earthquakes, floods, etc.), interventions by state authorities, strikes, unfavorable weather conditions, logistical problems encountered by the carrier, etc.
The parcel has not been delivered and there are no delivery details on the courier's website
You can check the status of the order at any time by accessing your account and the courier's website to track the shipment using the tracking code received in the e-mail confirming the shipment of the parcel. For various reasons, delivery may be delayed. In this case, please check the status of the parcel on the courier's website, it may be scheduled for delivery on the current day. If there are no delivery details and 3 working days have passed since the parcel was dispatched, please contact us using the address contact@sensestoria.ro or at the phone number 0745 102 666.
Return of products
The term of withdrawal and the exercise of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 9 para. (1) from the Emergency Ordinance of the Government of Romania no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, with subsequent amendments and additions, the Client has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Client or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the client enters in physical possession of the products, in order to exercise his legal right of withdrawal, without being obliged to justify his decision.
To ensure the satisfaction of its Customers and recipients of Orders, Sensestoria accepts the return of products ordered on the sensestoria.ro website, for 20 (twenty) days from the date on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the products.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, will inform SC Prosperio Investments SRL (www.sensestoria.ro) in writing (by post or email) about his decision to withdraw from the Contract, through to a request sent to the email address comenzi@sensestoria.ro, or using the form at the bottom of the page, which must contain:
– buyer's name, email address and order number
- the name and number of pieces for the products to be returned
– the payment method used for the order
- the date of delivery of the products
- for orders paid in cash or by card to the courier, it is necessary to mention the IBAN account where the value of the products can be returned
– reason for return (optional)
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, with subsequent amendments and additions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Orders that refer to:
- supply of goods that have been unsealed after delivery, which can no longer be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or obviously personalized.
Therefore, the Customer acknowledges the fact that he will not be able to avail himself of the legal right of withdrawal regarding the products unsealed by him, the resale of which by Sensestoria could present risks for reasons of hygiene or health protection for consumers (for example: care products, make-up, etc.) or customized products for the Customer.
Customer's obligations in case of withdrawal
In accordance with article 14 para. (2) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, with subsequent amendments and additions, the costs of returning the products will be borne by the Customer. By way of exception, in cases of inconsistency between the delivered products and the Order, the return expenses will be borne by Sensestoria.
It is mandatory that the products be returned to Sensestoria.ro in a condition that allows them to be put back on sale (products in perfect condition together with the intact original packaging, accessories, leaflets, hologram, etc.) at the latest, as the case may be, within 20 (twenty) days from the date on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the Buyer, takes physical possession of the products. Returns of products sent after the expiration of this period are not accepted.
In the situation where the Customer benefited from a special offer on the Site, which allowed him, under certain conditions, to purchase one or more products offered in exchange for his Order or to benefit, at no additional cost, from various promotional samples, it will be considered that by exercising his right of withdrawal, the latter is no longer eligible to benefit from the said offer or the said samples. The customer will have to return the product(s) that he wishes to return only together with the samples received, respectively the product(s) purchased at the offer in exchange for the Order of the returned product(s), so that Sensestoria can comply with his request withdrawal.
Since the products sold by SC Prosperio Investments SRL on the website www.sensestoria.ro are obtained from natural and synthetic raw materials, returns will not be accepted based on differences/discrepancies in color/smell/texture between products from different batches /similar lot, these not representing a lack of conformity/hidden defect.
For partial returns of orders, if the value of the products remaining in the order does not comply with the conditions of the offer/promotion regarding free shipping, more precisely their cumulative value no longer exceeds 300 lei, SC Prosperio Investments SRL will reimburse the value of the returned products less the cost of a transport related to the products held (held products are attached to an order that does not qualify for free shipping).
Return charges are borne by the Customer, regardless of the value of the order.
The obligations of SC Prosperio Investments SRL (www.sensestoria.ro) in case of withdrawal
SC Prosperio Investments SRL will return all amounts received as payment from the Client, including, as the case may be, delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which SC Prosperio Investments SRL took physical possession of all products returned by the Customer. For the partial return of an order and for the full return of an order, after opening the package, the delivery costs paid by the Customer when placing the order are not refunded.
Reimbursement of amounts to Customers
The sums due as a result of the withdrawal from the contract are reimbursed only to the Client's account. There are no cash refunds.
For orders paid by bank card, online, the refund is made to the account from which the payment was made.
